Before asking questions on 5-7 points, please, read carefully technical documentation provided with the item. Be sure you have all minimal necessary knowledge to use the software you bought. Read all comments on the product page (perhaps there you'll find the way to solve the problem).
Support request can take up to two hours. Our operating hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+04 Timezone). If you don't receive any answer during two hours after you have submitted a ticket - check your spam folder!
